Remote Connection Training (Order Online!) - Personalized and tailored to your needs

Going to a specific building just not convenient? With PC Doc Remote Training, we connect to your computer over the internet, and help you learn exactly what you are interested in knowing. You dictate the subject matter, as long as it is computer related of course. An instructor will call you on the phone and remotely control your PC, the experience is just as if the instructor was in your home, but more relaxing. You get to kick back, watch, listen, and learn. Then you get to practice your new skill with the supervision of the instructor, just in case you need a little help. Our instructors are nice to talk to, patient, and knowledgeable. Also, you can invite friends over to learn with you, and, the cost is the same.

On-Site Customized Training (Order Online!)

We offer one-on-one training where your trainer will travel to your location. New users are sometimes frustrated and need one-one-one assistance at their computer to learn and get started using their computers. Public computer training classes can be helpful, however, one-one-one training allows the user to learn at their pace, and have someone give them the undivided attention they need. One-one-one training also lets the user get specific training to their computer software and needs.

In Store Training (Order Online!)

We offer one-on-one training that takes place in side of our store. With this type of training you can chose the subject matter and out experienced tech's can teach you what you want to learn. This type of training is great because you can either bring your own computer or use ours. Please Note: this service is only available at our Hazleton, Wilkes-Barre, and Pittston locations.

Classroom Training (Order Online!)

This is the classic form of training. Where you come to our Pittston location, and learn in a classroom like environment. You choose the subject matter and you can even supply the instructor by just renting the facilities for the duration of time needed.

We also offer beginner classes at our Pittston Store FREE of charge.

The Free Training is for beginners only! These classes will cover such topics as Windows Explorer (Open/Close, Save As), Cut/Copy/Paste, Internet Explorer and other browsers, Sending Emails, Sending Attachments, Web Surfing, Web Search, Understanding Downloads, Installations of Software, PC Terminology, some Open Subject Matter with Question and Answer period.
