How it Works

Setting up our remote repair service is easy. First, email or call so remote software can be installed on your computer. We can setup a one-time connection or an unattended.  Unattended is where once installed all you have to do is e-mail and the technician can connect to your system when it is convenient for both you and the technician without you having to be at your computer.
